This week at Carrie This Home
I hate writing thank you notes. There. I said it.
As a parent, I want my kids to learn thankfulness so this week I shared some tips on how to make it easy and fun to write thank you notes with kids.
Awesome Features From Last Week’s Party:
The Vintage Sheet had me cracking up with her tutorial on How To Take A Totally Awesome Family Photo. I really want to do this with my family!
Natural Chow shared her Easy Coconut Oil Kettle Corn recipe and I.CAN’T.WAIT to try it out!
Well Groomed Home shared her tutorial on Recovering a Glider Chair. I have one of these in my office and now I’m dying to recover it!

So glad to have you here at the party, friend! Your posts have been so inspiring!
Coconut Oil Kettle Corn, are you kidding me? I’m so excited to try this recipe over Christmas when my girls are home. I’ve always used coconut oil but never tried adding the sugar. Not sure if this will be a low calorie snack for me though because popcorn is something I can’t stop eating!
Thanks so much for sharing and hosting dear Carrie. God’s peace to you this busy holiday season.
Patti
I don’t think that recipe will be a low-calorie one but I’m excited to try it out anyway. We have to enjoy life every once in awhile, right? I think I’m going to try it tonight and I can’t wait!
Glad to have you here!
Thank you for the party Carrie!
Sure Mindi! Looking forward to seeing what you’ve got for us this week!
Thank you Carrie for featuring my funny family photo tutorial. I laughed so hard while we were taking the photos that I was crying at the end of the photo shoot. You can kinda tell in the chokehold photo. 🙂
It’s not possible to keep a straight face looking at those photos! Sooo funny. I really hope we get some time to try this out! Thanks for sharing your awesome idea!
