Office Gallery Wall & Minted.com Giveaway

November 13, 2014 by Carrie

As you walk into the office, the gallery wall is now the focus point of the room. The gallery had to include some photos of my sweet family, inspirational quotes, and beautiful artwork. Office Gallery Wall

One of the things I LOVE about blogging is having a platform to share with my readers.  And today I’ve got a BIG surprise…

I’m giving away a $50 gift certificate to Minted.com!

You can use this to start your own gallery wall or use it to give a meaningful gift this Christmas.  Either way it’s a pretty awesome deal!

Before I get to the giveaway, let me introduce you to my new office gallery wall:

Office Gallery Wall

As you walk into the office, the gallery wall is now the focus point of the room.  The gallery wall had to include some photos of my sweet family, inspirational quotes, and beautiful artwork.

Office Gallery Wall with storage unit

I recently bought a new storage unit (similar to *this one at Amazon) so I could store books I love to read and toys for my kids to play with while I work at the computer.  It really helps create a space that’s fun and functional.

Every gallery wall has to include some of your favorite things including awesome photos and beautiful artwork

I am in love with chevron.  I decided to have a chevron artwork be the focal point of the whole gallery wall.  As soon as I saw this print, I knew it was the right one.

Dirty Chevron by Matthew Taylor Wilson on Minted

Matthew Taylor Wilson is the artist behind this print called Dirty Chevron.  He just happens to live in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  I have a special place in my heart for that town since some friends of mine moved there to start a church. By the way if you’re looking for a church with a comfortable atmosphere, check out Rock Hills Church.

Okay, getting back to the gallery wall…

So between the chevron and Bowling Green, getting this print was a given!

I also wanted a touch of femininity to my office.  The Forsythia print from Vanessa Wyler was the perfect way to add some softness.

It’s pink but not too pink.  I would know.  My daughter’s room looks like the inside of a Pepto Bismol bottle.  I’ve learned my lesson not to go too overboard with pink!

Love this gallery wall!

I wanted to make the office a comfortable place to read my Bible in the mornings.  I love this quote from Isaiah 41:10 because it reminds me that no matter what I face in this life, God is with me.

Isaiah 41 10 ESV

Thanks for joining me on the little tour of my newest project!

Minted.com is known for their beautiful stationary and now they’re offering high end limited edition art.  Now here’s your chance to win some new wall art for your own gallery wall!

Congratulations to our winner Shannan!  Enjoy your new artwork from Minted!

Thanks for the giveaway! Your gallery wall is so pretty! At first I though the oval mirror was a chalkboard in the middle and I thought how neat to write little quotes on… but, it is pretty as a mirror, too! Such a great bible quote, I need more of those in my home on the walls!

If I get tired of that pink oval being a mirror I could always turn it into a chalkboard! Thanks for the idea Carrie!
I’m so glad you like the Bible quote too–stay tuned because I will be sharing that as a free printable soon!
