My set up is an easy DIY sit and stand desk that is MUCH less expensive than buying your own!
My husband used this desk frame and put a stained wood piece on top to make the desk. It raises up if I want to stand or walk and lowers when I want to sit. There is also an electric version that you don’t have to crank.
We fit the desk with a keyboard tray that adjusts up, down, and from side to side and saves room on the desktop surface.
This is the chair that I have. You can also find it locally at a Staples but wait for it to go on sale before buying it.
I have plans to eventually get a treadmill so I can walk, but for now I’m just marching at my desk (and looking kinda awkward but that’s okay since I work at home!)
