3 Ingredient Candy Corn Fudge

Little do they know it, but I often perform experiments on my friends.

If you happen to be one of those friends, I bet you’re now worried about what I’ve done to you.  Don’t worry!  Most of those said experiments involve food…

Last month I made some Orange Cream Fudge and loved the results.  I wanted to do a twist of that recipe just for Fall.  I made a batch of this fudge and brought my “experiment” to an event at my church.  I frequently “test” my recipes on my friends before passing them on to my lovely readers.  Shhh…don’t tell anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot of people really liked it.  There’s nothing quite like creating something that brings people happiness!

This Candy Corn Fudge is super easy to make and only calls for three ingredients!  Tasty, easy and inexpensive?  What more could you want?

Ingredients
  1. 1 12 oz package White Baking Morsels (preferrably from Aldi) OR 1 12 oz package white chocolate chips
  2. 1 16 oz Betty Crocker Limited Edition Candy Corn Frosting
  3. 25 pieces of candy corn
Instructions
  1. Line a 8x8 square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white baking morsels gently in either a double boiler on the stove or the microwave. Be sure to melt it slowly since this tends to burn easily under high heat.
  3. Pour melted chocolate into a large bowl.
  4. Add frosting to the chocolate and stir both ingredients until well blended.
  5. Immediately pour fudge into parchment paper-lined dish.
  6. Gently press candy corn pieces into fudge in one inch increments.
  7. Top fudge with white sprinkles from frosting package (if desired)
  8. Place the fudge in the refrigerator and let it solidify in the fridge for at least two hours.
  9. Remove fudge from dish and place onto a large cutting board.
  10. Cut into one inch pieces around the candy corn and serve!
Notes
  1. Leftovers can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for about a week.
