Happy Thanksgiving! I love to look at my life through pictures. We took a TON of great pictures this month. Today I’m taking time to thank God for the things I’m thankful for. Then I realized that the “things” I’m most thankful for aren’t things. They are my family and the memories we’ve had.
Watching my hubby interact with my daughter is one of my favorite things to see. I married him for several reasons, one of them being I thought he’d be a great dad. It’s amazing to see how sometimes God surpasses our expectations. The father/daughter bond they have is wonderful. He makes it clear that she is loved no matter what she does—just like God loves us.
I say this all the time but it’s so true. This kid melts my heart. Everyday. I feel this special bond with my son (probably because he’s our last baby) I love holding him close and kissing his head. Knowing that he’s not going to be a baby much longer is a bittersweet reality that I’m dealing with. I’m learning to get in as much baby snuggles as I can because I know it won’t last forever.
I’m thankful for the funny things my kids do. My daughter loves to wear her daddy’s clothes. Seeing a little kid in big clothes ALWAYS makes me laugh.
My son is so funny. Looking at this makes me think he’s pretending to be a baby thug.
My hubby does some pretty crazy things just to make me laugh. This picture says it all!
I love giving my kids baths and seeing how the water amplifies their eyelashes. This is the look I get when my heart melts.
Have a happy Thanksgiving and enjoy the memories you make with your family!
